Changes in the industry over the last 20 years have meant that we cannot do all the work on our farms without assistance.
My observation is that farms that are successful with a growing farm business often have the right people for the right jobs.
I don't believe this happens by luck. Having a clear understanding of the role and type of person, gives employers a better chance of finding and keeping the right people.
